Ivy Conderman Powell of Santa Cruz, California, passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2018. Ivy was preceded in death by her husband, Robert William Powell. She is survived by her children, Mark C. Powell of Evansville, Indiana (Soi Chong Powell), Matthew C. Powell of Mesa, Arizona (Sharon Faron) and Lolly Powell Belanger of Santa Cruz. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made in Ivy's name to finca.org.
