All of us dog-owners living near Westlake Park have the fondest memories of Carl and Buddy. Every dog knew the sight of Carl from a long distance, and they would wait impatiently for Carl to feed them his trademark red Meaty Bones biscuit. He was a great neighbor, a generous friend with a sense of humor. He is missed by all of us. Condolences to Gladys and the family.
