Susan was a great friend of mine since high school days, she was at Gendale High and I at Hoover High. We spent hours skateboarding and surfing in the Santa Barbara area. We were able to maintain our friendship to the end. I will think of her often and will miss our annual email to celebrate her birthday in December.
