Words can not express the sadness and shock we all feel when we heard the news. Tracey is such a wonderful, beautiful, young soul.. A woman so full of life and love,,,,, her smile fills a room.. The outpouring of love for our Brother Zane and the Taylor Family from all of us in the Santa Rosa Fire Department is without measure. After sitting next to and becoming friends with Zane at the JC Fire Academy in 1992 and having him as my Firefighter for many years in the SRFD, I truly love him as a brother, We are all here for you to lean on and help you through this great loss. Any way we can... as a helping hand, and ear to listen, or a friend to be by your side. We are all here for you...
Tracy's spirit and love of fun will forever be a fond memory for us all. A memory I will forever have of her was how she became my "swim buddy" at EVERY Halloween Party and how Zane would always be there with a towel after her freezing cold swim. That wonderful, adventurous spirit of hers made everyone around her immediately drop all defenses and just have fun being a part of her world. Even if just for a moment.
I will forever remember her as that laughing, happy, wonderful friend who wasn't ever afraid to jump into the pool of life.... This is how she will forever live in my memory
