Obituary of Glenda Mae Gwin

Please share a memory of Glenda to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
On May 14th, 2022, we said goodbye to our deeply loved mom. If she were writing this, she would be thanking each and every person who added something to her life, not thinking about what she brought to theirs. Her calling at a young age was to be a nurse, which led to a rewarding career as a Nursing Supervisor at Dominican Hospital; but her lifelong and fulfilling passion was to her loving husband Lee, their five daughters, and their families and dear friends. Glenda was guided in life through her strong Christian faith and community at Twin Lakes Church, touching many through her ministry. Friends and strangers alike were inspired by and naturally drawn to her inherent ability in making them feel valued through her astute wisdom, optimism, quick wit and warm smile. She will be lovingly remembered for how she unconditionally enhanced so many lives. The family extends a heartfelt thank you to Hospice of Santa Cruz County for their compassionate and dedicated care. If you wish to make a donation in Glenda’s memory, please donate to the Camp Hammer Fund through Twin Lakes Church, or to Hospice of Santa Cruz County.
