Josephine Villegas Price was born in San Francisco on April 11, 1931 to Carlos and Josefina Villegas. She had a brother and two sisters all of whom predeceased her. Josephine passed away at the age of 89 on July 9, 2020 due to complications of COVID-19.
She was preceded in death by her son Cary Rueben Price in 1980. She is survived by her 3 daughters, Joselle Garfias of Seattle WA, Janelle Glaum of Aptos CA, and Cheryl Regier of Kingsburg, CA. She had 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Josephine was a retired public health nurse. Her former employment included Santa Cruz County Public Health, Nevada County Public Health, and Santa Clara County Public Health.
Private interment was held at Oakwood Memorial Park and there are no other services scheduled at this time
