Obituary of Patsy Dwillis

Patsy Ann Dwillis, (Baker), age 79, passed away May 28, 2020 in Austin, Texas. Patsy was born in Porterville, Ca on March 10, 1941 to Richard and Della Baker. She went to Eureka High School in Eureka Ca. and attended Cabrillo College in Aptos, Ca. Patsy worked varies jobs over the years, from waitressing on the Warf in Santa Cruz to property management in San Jose, Ca. She was an accomplished amateur artist in inks, watercolors, and oils. Her creative talents also came out in sewing, cross-stitching and jewelry making. Patsy was a devout Christian and ordained minister. She had the honor of Blessing many weddings. Patsy greatest passion was her family. She adored spending time with her children and grandchildren. Patsy cherished her brothers and sister, many nieces, nephews and cousins, and was always trying to bring the family together. Preceding her in death, her parents, Richard Baker and Della McDowell, her beloved son Ronald Oskovich and daughter Sabrina Rouleau, sister Linda Baker, brother Jerry Arata, grandson Christian Rouleau, and step mother MaryLou Baker. Patsy is survived by her loving and devoted husband Robert Dwillis of Andrew Texas, and her three children and three brothers. Daughter Sylvia and her husband Patrick Robbins, grandchildren, Geena and Gregory, Daughter Vivian and her husband Tim Campbell, grandchildren, Julie, Nina, Jeff and Kristen, and great granddaughter, Samantha and great grandson, Jason. Son Kevin Oskovich and grandchildren Karina, Annika, and Emily. Grandchildren, Justin and Trisha Rouleau, of late daughter, Sabrina Rouleau. Brothers, Ron Arata, Wes Trimble, and Ken Baker, and their families. Private family viewing will be 12:00 pm at Santa Cruz Memorial Park 1927 Ocean Street, Santa Cruz, CA 95060. Graveside service will be held at Oakwood Memorial Park 3301 Paul Sweet Road Santa Cruz, CA 95065. Celebration of life will be held at a later date in this time of COVID-19. Donations may be made to your favorite charity.
