Sending all love to the family.
Aunt Debbie was always a very loving, kind, sweet and generous person who loved her family about all else. The world changes from year to year, our lives from day to day, but the love and memories we share of Aunt Debbie, shall never pass away! I will miss you but you will always be in my heart.

Dear Greg, Ann, Kevin, Alison and Brian,
We are so sorry for the loss of your beloved Debbie.
We will never forget the warmth and love which Debbie and all of you showed to us - Hassan, Ashley, Shahrzad and myself - when we came to Santa Cruz in 2013 for Alison and Simon’s wonderful, magical wedding.
We can’t thank Debbie and all of you enough for welcoming Simon into your family, and for all the love and kindness you have shown him over the past six years. This means the world to us.
We are only sad that we didn’t have time to get to know Debbie better or to thank her again for all her love and kindness – but we will come to Santa Cruz again soon and rekindle the warmth we felt from you all, six years ago.
You are all constantly in our thoughts. We will remember her forever.
Anne, Hassan and Ashley Ghorbani

Debbie and Greg were my first customers, dating back more than 3 decades. I was new to California, the industry, too young at the time to realize how special they are. Our business grew as did a professional friendship. One time when I was concerned about the local hotel I had booked, Debbie insisted I stay the night at their home. What an honor! Debbie's work ethic, honesty and integrity was something that I always admired. She always granted me an appointment regardless of busy she was. On a rare occasion, we had lunch out and I recall the waitperson asking if we were sisters! I loved visiting the store, wandering through all of the stockrooms, and being a small part of a great business for so many years. My heart is broken for Greg, Alison and Brian, as well as family and friends who loved her. My world is better for knowing Debbie and heaven just gained an angel. Rest in peace my friend, until we see one another again.

Greg,
I am so sorry for your loss.
Henry & I still enjoy all of the fabulous wine tasting dinners we had at your home. Debbie was always the kindest hostess and you the perfect host.

Debbie was an exemplary businesswoman and my all time favorite employer. She kept her office door open and was always willing to stop what she was doing and listen, responding with smart, thoughtful suggestions. I love how Debbie always encouraged employees to keep learning, whatever their age. And yes it’s true, that she would stock the store with styles and designs for every sort of taste. Every day customers tell me, “I love your store!” and I credit Debbie with the eclectic and interesting variety of goods. She really understood people, and I am fortunate to have worked with her. I already miss her terribly.
