When I first met Ron - I was intimidated by this firm, resolute, tough codger. What I soon learned was it was an act - he was a kind, thoughtful, strategic thinker who really cared for people. He was intuitive when it came to reading people and he knew how to connect.
He visited the office weekly and always asked about family first. He was able to share his journey in this world and the challenges of his treatment. We spent many a day never really getting down to the work issues because our families were more important.
I am forever thankful for having the privilege to know Ron, the honor of serving with Ron and respectful of the lessons of life he has shared with me.
To Nancy, Becky and Laura - thank you for sharing your guy.
I continue to miss his humor.
