Obituary of Lois Aleine Davidson

Services will be Thursday for Lois Aleine Davidson who passed away on Friday, February 8th after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 70 years old. One of seven children, Lois was born and raised in Portageville, Missouri to parents, Marmy and Nellie Braswell. As a young bride Lois moved to Watsonville with her husband, William H. Davidson. Lois was a real estate agent in the 1970's and a bank manager from the 1980's thru 2007. She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Tana and Jim Stragalinos of Ben Lomond, daughter and son in law Sherry and Rick Sanders of Watsonville, grandchildren; Kenny Mitchell, Elyssa Stragalinos, Justin Sanders and Rickey Sanders. She is also survived by her brother David Braswell and sister Linnie-Jane Quick, and twenty- one nieces and twenty nephews. Lois was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, William Davidson, who passed away in 2011; her sisters, Vera Alexander and Vadas Jones and brothers, Edward Braswell and Rondel Braswell. Funeral services for Mrs. Davidson will be held on Thursday, February 14th, 3:00 p.m., at Santa Cruz Memorial, 1927 Ocean St., Santa Cruz. She will be laid to rest in the mausoleum following the funeral services.
