Tillie was a member of our Daisy Auxiliary benefiting Family Service Agency for 28 years. I feel privileged to have worked with her for all those years in Daisy meetings and events. She brought something special to every gathering. She was one of those rare people that when you are in their presence you just feel better about everything. My favorite memory is when she and I were trying to make coffee for a luncheon of about 70 members. After a while, we realized the large urn wasn't plugged in. After another wait, we realized there was water but no coffee in the urn. While I officially panicked, Tiliie started churning out 10 cups at a time in the machine on the kitchen counter and we ended up laughing about the whole thing. It looked like an episode of I Love Lucy. I truly regret that I will be out of town for the memorial service. I want to offer my sympathies to her family. Tillie was one of a kind and I will miss her.

Tillie was a lovely person whose presence will be missed, especially by her family and her Sunnycroft neighbors. She always offered a smile and an encouraging word to friends and didn't let the loss of her loving husband George or even her health get her down. She dealt with illness and adversity with strength and courage. She will be forever missed..

Dear family of my friend Tillie. I have very fond memories of Tillie, one of my PEO sisters. I can't think of her without getting of smile on my face and in my heart. She was always full of life and ready for the next project. She loved being involved and always full of fun, and even enjoyed a bit of mischief in the making. She will live on in my heart and the hearts of the many lucky people whose path she crossed in her full and wonderful life. She will be leading the angels  now and forever more. Lovingly, Maria Nesheim
