Obituary of Mary Jean Arnold

Services will be Saturday, June 23rd for Mary Jean Arnold who passed away at her home on June 3rd. She was 83 years old. Mary was born in Waco, Texas. Her parents Jesse James Wright and Mettie Isola Davis were also both born in Waco. Mary has been a resident of Santa Cruz County for 59 years. Mary work as for Santa Cruz Lockheed Martin Missile Defense for 29 years as an assembler. She was a Bible Student with Jehovah's Witnesses. She loved all kinds of sports, particularly; Tennis, Bowling, Softball, Football, and Golf. Mary loved spending time with her Grandkids, and her 3 dogs Fuji, Jordan, and Trixi, she loved all animals. Mary's family remembers her as a kind, caring, spiritual, hardworking, fun loving, strong, generous person and a thoughtful loving mother. She was special and loved by all. Mary will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her children Barbara Bedford, Stanley Arnold, Russell Arnold, Aloma Ward, and Anthony Arnold. She is also survived by over 30 Grandchildren and her brother L. J. Wright She was preceded in death by her daughter, Andria Arnold. Memorial services for Mary will be held on Saturday, June 23rd at 2:00 p.m.at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3125 Park Ave., Soquel, CA. A reception at Soquel Glen Mobile Home Park will follow the services. Private interment will be in the Santa Cruz Memorial Park Mission Mausoleum.
