Obituary of Connie Lorraine Chisholm

Connie lost her brave battle with lung cancer passing at the age of 43. She was an avid reader and cook who enjoyed beaches, lighthouses and camping. Connie also enjoyed working with people especially recently with SLVUSD. She was born in San Jose, but became a longtime resident of the Santa Cruz Mountains. She is survived by her longtime partner David Nuddleman, her brothers Craig and Danny, her sister Cathy, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother and 2 sisters. Connie will forever be in our hearts. Graveside services will be held on July 8, 2017 at 11:00AM at Santa Cruz Memorial Park, 1927 Ocean Street, Santa Cruz, CA.
