Dear Ruth,
My thoughts are with you and your family during this time of Ernie's passing. When we last talked at the grocery store several years ago, I remember you sharing that he was not well and you were caring for him at that time. May he be at peace now, and may you reflect back on your 63 years together, remembering many happy times.
