Obituary of Nozer S. Haladwala

Born on May 21, 1940 in Bombay, India and passed on February 10, 2017 in Santa Cruz, California. In 1958, Nozer immigrated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from India to earn his MBA from Temple University (1962) and to pursue the "American Dream" for his family. Upon graduating, he was recruited to a Southern California firm where he met Karen, whom he married in 1966. In 1967, Monsanto Inc. transferred him to Santa Clara, California. In 1977, he and his wife moved to Santa Cruz, California. In 1980, after enjoying employment with various California Fortune 500 Companies, he moved back to Santa Cruz to raise his family and form his own company, Business Consultants and BIZACQTEAM. Nozer was also an involved member and Officer of the United States and California Jaycees from 1968-1980. Nozer's passions were playing tennis, golf, walks along West Cliff, and his clients and family. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Karen; his son, Mark; his daughter, Shireen; his dear siblings; and three wonderful granddaughters. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Nozer's name can be made to the American Heart Association. Private services will be held.
