Dear Inga, Tony, and family,
I was greatly saddened to learn of Lilo's death. She was such a wonderfully enthusiastic, vivacious, and courageous woman that is seemed as if she would live forever. It is hard to imagine a world without her.
I remember her especially as a kind, gentle, loving, thoughtful, and exceptionally generous person. Everyone in our ESL class loved and respected her. She brought us a warmth and positive spirit and was an inspiration for us all. By her very presence she helped create in our classroom a community of friends. She enriched our lives and we will greatly miss her. I am deeply grateful to have known her, to have had her as a friend.
My sincerest sympathies to her family. Please know that Lilo will always have a special place in my heart.
