Dear Julie & Family. Just heard about Pinkie, and I'm so sorry for your loss. We always had fun on the Rod Runs no matter where we went. I'm sure him & Joe (Esperanca) are talking cars. Rest in Peace my old friend.
God Bless, Shirley Esperanca

I only knew Pinky for a little over 40 years but he was like an uncle.Camping along the Merced river near Yosemite, having a cool one at Dick's house, fixin' the brakes on my 4x4, or at a hot rod event the man always was in the moment. I will miss you but I have all the memories you gave me.

Dear Richard and Family, I can still picture your father in his Ford flatbed. Pinky is now in the care of God.

Pinky was first and foremost a friend, and a damned good one at that. Taking hot rods over to Madera for the races, running to Bonneville, or just meeting for lunch, there was always a great conversation, some good fun, and a kind smile when you parted. I'm so sorry that he's gone, but I'm so happy that he shared part of his life with his friends. He was one of a kind, and I will miss him forever. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends

I'm so heart broken to find out this wonderful kind-hearted man passed away. Love to Mama Julie and cousins Skeeter, Joe, Dick and rest of loved ones. I'm gonna miss his wonderful smile and his awesome lil' old truck cruising with his watch dog in back (the statue, lol). I'm going to miss his hugs and telling me "what's up beautiful".....prayers love n kisses to the family.

To Julie and Family.... So sorry to hear of Pinky's passing. Joanne and I met Pinky through the Goularte Family in Morgan Hill and became fast friends ourselves. As all who knew him would attest, he was a master mechanic with much creativity when solving mechanical snags. But first and foremost he was a kind gentleman. His combination of caring and practicallity made him such a help to all that crossed his path. I will remember most his multi-year friendship with Tony Goularte. I know Pinky has already located Tony up there and they're certainly planning something special. RIP Pinky.
Gary and Joanne Sargenti.
