My Dad Pete Pappas and Gil were long time friends starting in Fresno. I remember him from when I was only 4-5 years old. I remember him as always smiling and happy.
I went to junior high school with his son Scott Grimes. He saved me one day from the school bully. Scott knew how to box.
I also knew Scott Stewart. I remember his Dad . Scott Stewart and I were friends before his Mom and Dad split up. I lost contact with everyone 50 years ago. I just happened to find Gil today 1/12/2022. This makes me sad.
My Dad Pete is still with us, but getting tired and has bad knees and hip. I will take the Obituary to him today. He always liked Gil very much.
