Jo Anne Hilton, 62, passed away in Watsonville on Saturday, November 26, 2011. She is survived by her two sons, Richard Alexander Butler and Daniel Scott Withrow, both of Santa Cruz, her two brothers, Richard Hilton of Nampa, ID and Boyd Hilton of San Francisco, her sister, Gail Wells of Ohio, and by her dear friend Alex Gartner of Boulder Creek.

Jo Anne was born in Munich, Germany where her father served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Corps. She came to the US as an infant, growing up in Utah and later Cupertino, Ca. She loved Santa Cruz where she lived for over 40 years. She worked for many years at Watsonville Hospital. She enjoyed working in crafts and was a faithful member of Bethel Church in Redding, Ca.

Graveside services will be on Friday, December 2, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Santa Cruz Memorial Park, 1927 Ocean St, Santa Cruz. Contributions preferred to St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105
