Mary Clancy Obituary
Mary Clancy, 54 years of age and a native of White Plains, NY passed away Monday evening after a long battle with cancer. She was home with her husband Charley in Boulder Creek at the time.
Mary was a loving and caring person who taught Special Ed. Children for a living. Mary was an avid gardener and was very active in church education at St. Michael's Catholic Church and in recent years had learned to play the Mandolin.
Mary is survived by a large extended family, including siblings: Tom Kline, Diane Camardella, Jane Porier and Bridget Steger, all of whom live in New York or Connecticut. Mary Clancy is also survived by brother-in-laws: Bill Clancy of Arizona, Tom Clancy of Walnut Creek and Jim Clancy of San Clemente.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 13005 Pine St., Boulder Creek. A celebration of Mary's life will follow in the church hall. On Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 11:00 AM will be the interment at Santa Cruz Memorial Park, 1927 Ocean St., Santa Cruz.
