Obituary of Warren Sandfrid Sandberg

Warren "Sandy" Sandberg, age 92, passed away on January 23, 2015 at home in Santa Cruz, California. He is survived by his loving wife, Clarice; their sons, Barry, Brian, Steve and Christian; their daughters, Sally and Cynthia; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sandy was a proud WWII Army Air Force veteran, having served in the European Theater. He spent most of his life in Minnesota, then California and Arkansas, resting finally in California. While in Hot Springs, Arkansas, he belonged to the Garland County EHC Upholstery Club for 19 years, serving as its president for many of those years. He was also a charter member of the EHC Cooks R Us Club and the First United Methodist Church. He was an extraordinary man who will be sorely missed. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 31 at 2 PM at Love Apple Farms in Santa Cruz. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Wounded Warrior Project.
