Kit loved to crochet, sew and make personal greeting cards on her computer. In Arizona, her favorite time of day was the 4:00 pm "Happy Hour" and in Nevada she loved to gamble the penny slots. They returned to Santa Cruz in 2004. Kit was the eldest of 9 and is survived by sisters, Norma Jean Morrow of FL and Brenda Wyrick of OH; brother, David Wyrick of CO; children, Patti Bonar, Steve Russ, and Deborah Kaulukukui; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years. Both were Veterans of WWII and met during their tour of duty. There will be a private military honors ceremony and they will be buried next to one another at Santa Nella Veteran's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of Santa Cruz are appreciated.
