This is my favorite photo of Nan. Even though it does not show her lovely face, she is gazing at the garden of the beautiful home she rented near Lake Chapala, Mexico in 2013. My daughter and I were honored to be her guests there and she showed us the most wonderful time! She was our dear neighbor here in the Santa Cruz mountains and we loved to go and visit in her magical "Casa de Arbol" with the magnificent tree growing through the center. She was generous to a fault, always showering us with gifts but the greatest one was the gift of her friendship.
We will never forget you Nan, we love you always!
