Obituary of Larry G. Sikes

Larry Sikes went to be with his Savior on June 26, 2014 at the age of 72 surrounded by his family. He was born in Plainview, Texas where he spent his childhood. At the age of 20 he moved his family to California where he eventually became a stockbroker. In 1981 Larry moved his family to Ben Lomond where he practiced tax preparation, then in 1989 he started Home Inspectors of America. Larry is survived by his loving wife Jeanne, of 36 years, children Leslie Rogers, Steve Sikes, (Paris), Stefanie Sikes, Stephanie Smith (Scott), and Stephen Jarmush (Nicole). 9 grandchildren: Trenton, Parker, Liam, Grayson, Matthew, Madeline, Delia, Emma, Clara, and his beloved pets. Larry's siblings, Florene, Russ, and Frank and sister-in-law Marile Robinson. He was preceded in death by his parents GW & Floy Sikes his sister Marjorie and bothers Weldon and Scotty. In lieu of flowers, make donations to Valley Churches United 9400 Highway 9 P.O. Box 367 Ben Lomond, CA where he was an active volunteer. The celebration of his life will be held on Sat. July 5, 2014, 12:00 noon at Valley Vineyard Church in Scotts Valley, CA.
