Obituary of Leslie Helene Littlefield

Leslie Helene Littlefield passed away in her Santa Cruz home on Sunday, June 1st, after a 3 year battle with breast cancer. She was born in Fredericksburg, VA and grew up in Redwood City, CA. She attended Sequoia High School where she was a Cherokette dancer and a synchronized swimmer. She worked many happy years as a bartender at Fourth Street Grill in Berkeley in the early 90's as well as the Fox Theatre in Redwood City. She later worked for 6 years at the juice bar in the local New Leaf on 41st Ave. in Santa Cruz. She enjoyed eating healthy, kayaking alone in storms at Donner Lake, working out at Gold's Gym in San Francisco, swimming early mornings in the ocean and attending rock concerts with her daughter. Leslie is survived by her loving daughter, Tarika Marie Hamilton; the super awesome cats, Cheezy Le Poof and Mojo Jojo; her brother, Jim Littlefield and sister, Cathy Littlefield. Her easy going and optimistic spirit will be missed by all who knew her.
