Obituary of Ngook Gee Lee

Ngook Gee Lee passed away peacefully in Santa Cruz on September 10, 2013 at the age of 89. Ngook was born in Canton, China on October 10, 1923 to Jian Wong and Ruirong Pan. She lived most of her life in Santa Cruz, California and was the owner and operator of her own Chinese restaurant for many years. She also loved to cook, sew, and work on her garden. Ngook is survived by her children, Donna, Nikki, Raymond and William Lee and 3 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Bing Ngeow Lee. A visitation will be held at Santa Cruz Memorial Park Mission Chapel on Saturday, September 21, 2013 from 12-3 p.m. with funeral services at 3 p.m.
