Obituary of Jeanne May Paris

Jeanne May Paris, 79, passed away peacefully in Santa Cruz Wednesday. A lifelong Santa Cruz resident, she was in the first graduating class and valedictorian at Mission Hill Jr. High, and later graduated from Santa Cruz High. She is survived by her husband, Samuel Paris, daughter, Denise (Michael) Shaw, 2 sons, Rick (Joyce) Paris, and Brent Paris, and 5 grandchildren, Eric, Jason, Brandan, Amber and Miya, all of Santa Cruz. Jeanne loved her husband, Samuel, for a wonderful 56 years. They met while they were in the Hell's Angels. Jeanne loved to dance and camp at Bass Lake. Always the life of any party, she loved toasting with her mimosa in hand "I'll drink to that!" Jeanne was a magnificent gardener and spent hours every day nurturing her flowers in her garden. Jeanne lived a happy and wonderful life. Mom: "May the angels protect and be with you." "To my loving wife, Jeanne,You were my heart and soul, best friend and partner and the love of my life.
