Jake. One of the really good guys. Haven't seen him in years, but I miss him. Met over fifty years ago. We'd all meet in front of the Hi-Ho on Ocean Street Friday nights and ride up to Belmont to to watch the dirt track races. Bunch of us started the old Stumpjumpers Motorcycle Club back then......Jake was always upbeat and fun. And a damned good mechanic. Kinda remember Guy his brother, too - used to race drag bikes. Great days, those. No helmets and darned few rules - just freedom. Ride easy, Jake.
