James Vance Dunn, Sr.
James Dunn passed away at home April 7, 2013 at the age of 95 years.
He proudly served his country in the United States Army and the United States Navy. He would later become an automotive mechanic working for himself or others, eventually retiring from SEARS in Capitola.
He is survived by his sister, Rayetta Leedy; sons James Dunn, Jr. and David Dunn; daughter Glenna Davarpajooh; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be sent to Hospice of Santa Cruz County, 940 Disc Drive, Scotts Valley, CA 95066.
Services will be held on Tuesday, April 16th, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Oakwood Memorial Park, 3301 Paul Sweet Road, Santa Cruz, CA 95065.
