I am so sorry to have this news about Marshall. I had the honor and pleasure of serving as his veterinarian for many years. He took such loving care of both Emma and Tucker. The dogs were so much a part of his life. They enjoyed many camping and hiking adventures together.
He gave me a beautiful photo book of Emma to remember her by.
I did not know him well outside of our pet connected relationship but he was always so kind, respectful and heartfelt in his approach to their care. I imagine that is how he navigated throughout all of his life.
There was a simplicity and straightforwardness in him that I much admired and it made working together for the benefit of his dogs particularly pleasant and, I think, a testament to his deep love and concern for their well being.
I am so sorry that his family and friends have lost this kind soul too young and too soon.
My heart is heavy.
With love and the deepest respect, Naomi
