Cynthia Lee Marchese Obituary

Cynthia Lee Marchese passed away on September 20th, 2024 in her home surrounded by her loved ones. After a short but courageous battle with cancer, she surrendered herself to be with God. Her smile, kindness and caring demeanor left an impact on all of us.

Cyndi was born in Canoga Park, Ca but spent most of her time at her grandparents’ house in Hidden Hills. From a very young age she fell in love with horses and became an avid equestrian. Her passion led her to start her own business where she trained and showed horses and later taught horseback riding lessons to children and adults. After hanging up her spurs, she worked at Watsonville Community Hospital and the Soquel Unified School District where she found great joy in working with children.

Cyndi is survived by her loving husband, Salvatore; Devoted children, Dominic and Andrea and her grandchildren, Ellias and Cassidy. She is also survived by her sister, Katherine Little. Her comforting soul, zest for life and passion for helping others will be missed by all who knew her but never forgotten.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate her life at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Capitola on October 4th, 2024 at 10:00am. Reception to follow at the parish hall
