When Jeff and I were little, our Dad had a heyday with April Fools Day. He was always up for an extra special day of mischief and fun. April Fools Day was made for our Dad! The one trick he played on us that I remember the most, was to call out to us that our poodle Garcon had had an accident in the back bedroom. Jeff and I would scramble to find paper towels and come running to mop up the mess. We would arrive in a hurry so as to not let the accident stain the carpets, and there would be Dad, laughing at us and declaring,"April Fools".
