Obituary of Kathleen Stuart-Findlay
On Friday, February 22, 2019, Kathleen Stuart-Findlay peacefully passed away at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, California due to complications from long-term kidney dialysis.
Born on April 22, 1952 in Palo Alto, California to George and Elma Viola Stuart-Findlay, Kathleen had a passion for animals and creativity. She successfully combined the two through her own business of designing and sewing unique outfits for dogs. She also loved to laugh and dance! Those who knew her remember her as a kind, sweet, gentle soul.
Kathleen is reunited with her mother and father, and her beloved dog, Honey. She is survived by her 4 sisters, Ann Holmes, Jean Stuart-Findlay, Candace Stuart-Findlay, and Connie Quatermass, and their families.
The family wishes to thank the caring doctors and nurses at Dominican Hospital, Stanford Medical Center, and staff at the Dialysis Center and Pacific Coast Manor. We also are truly grateful for Kathleen's friend, Chrissy, for adopting her sweet dog, Zuri.
