Oscar de Jesus Lezama passed away on May 26, 2018 at the age of 81. He was born in El Tigre, Venezuela on January 3, 1937 to Roman Lezama & Fabiana Vera.
Oscar is survived by his wife, Nelys Josefina Granado de Lezama; daughters, Rossana Lezama, Nelly Decker and Laura Lezama.
A Chapel Service will be held at the Santa Cruz Memorial - Mission Chapel, 1927 Ocean Street Ext., Santa Cruz, CA on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 5:00 PM. Visitation will be from 4 - 8 PM.
