Obituary of Frank L. Watts

Frank L. Watts passed away on October 14, 2016. He was only 37 years old and was a very kind soul. He has a five year old daughter that he loved dearly. He treasured spending his time taking her to the movies and ice cream was their favorite dessert to eat together. He also loved to go fishing with his friends. He was a fantastic fisherman and found that he was closest to God at sea. He was considered to be a BBQ king and everyone enjoyed his grill. He was the center of the party with his big booming personality. Gatherings, whether it be family, friends or NA, will not be the same without him. He will be so missed. He contributed to the community he loved, Santa Cruz. He never wanted to be anywhere else. He would want nothing more for his family and friends than to love with all of your heart. Like Lily and he would say, "I love you with all of my heart."
