Obituary of Jacueline Oletha Seymour Natali

Jacqueline O. Natali passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 in Medford, Oregon after a short illness. She suffered from dementia the last several years, and she faced it courageously and was still her "sassy" self. Born Jacqueline O. Seymour in Theresa, New York on November 6, 1936. Jackie was a long time resident of Santa Cruz County, California, having lived in Bonny Doon and Aptos. She was preceded in death by her husband Dante John Natali, her daughter, Becky Ann Natali Chavez, her granddaughter, Pamela Diane Chavez, her sister Trudy Ann Sullivan, her father Ellsworth Seymour, and her mother Oletha G. Pence. While Jackie enjoyed reading and gardening, writing was her passion. She wrote several short stories and a novel, "Pocketful of Dreams." Jackie was a member of the staff that published the first "Porter Gulch Review" in 1985, which is still in publication today. Jackie is survived by her daughter Linda Natali Olson (Jeff) of Medford, her son Richard Dante Natali (Yuko) of New Zealand, her brother Wendell Seymour of Hannibal, NY and many nieces & nephews. The joy of her life were her four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Autumn Anne Boekenoogen (David); Elijah Jordan; Michael Chavez and Dante Natali Olson. Great- grandchildren: Dallas, Winter & Jett; Eva & Lincoln. A Celebration of Jackie's life will be held on Sunday, October 30th, 2016 at 3PM at The Commons at Cascade Christian High School in Medford, Oregon.
