I had the privilege to work for Ron in the 80's. He was one of the most driven, disciplined, passionate business associates I have ever known. The opportunity he gave me to be his office manager, as a 22 year old female, was uncommon in that era. He was a great mentor. I had the pleasure of visiting Ron, 20 years later. We reminisced about the past and I had the opportunity to express my respect and gratitude. Ron was tough, demanding, a task-master. I am forever thankful for all the lessons he taught me.
