I am saddened to hear about David's passing. My heart goes out to Kendall and the Brightwell Family. I have so many memories of David, memories that range from racing stock cars against him to attending a Beach Boys concert in Oakland. I will always remember David.
For Kendall and the Brightwell Family, please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

David was the best big brother that a scared little girl could ask for. He saved my life when I was a teenager. I will miss my beloved brother until we are reunited in Heaven.
David you will be missed , I really enjoyed talking racing with you at Watsonville Speedway .

Dearest Kendall and Family. I just read today's paper to find the sad news of David's passing. He was a great guy. He helped fix many of my car body problems. I really liked him.
