Lisa Pawalkat passed away peacefully at her home in Santa Cruz on April 10, 2016. She was 87.
Lisa and her husband, Helmut, emigrated from Germany to California in 1956. She has been a resident of Santa Cruz since 1958.
She is survived by two daughters and their spouses, three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Helmut, in 1997.
A Memorial Service will be held at St. Stephen's Lutheran Church located at 2500 Soquel Ave. in Santa Cruz on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 11:00 AM.
