I so remember George and Dusty at the United Methodist church in Santa Cruz. They were very active and George always had a winning smile for all. He had a great personality and you knew he cared a lot about his community. We will miss George, but keep him in our memory of a faithful servant. God Bless you. Sarah Lampland

George was our Senior Past Patron for Santa Cruz Redwoods Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, serving first in 1948 and then again in 1991 and 2001 with his wife Dusty. In addition to all of the memories mentioned, he was a driving force in the preservation of the Masonic Calliope. He played for many parades and events. He was always quick with a joke and a true Mason and gentleman. He will be missed. Cheryl Dangreau
