Obituary of Dolores Clara Brown

Dolores "Dede" Clara Brown, born in Chicago, IL on March 20, 1929 to George and Elsie (Bauer) Werner, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2015 at the age 86. Dolores grew-up in Chicago and she loved to paint pictures and displayed them at the Annual Chicago Art Festival in "Old Town", not far from Lake Michigan. She knew many well-known artists, musicians and poets. Several of their works are now displayed at the Modern Art Museum in Chicago. Dolores always kept the family together during the good times and hard times. Dolores Is survived by her children, Noli (Robert) Farwell, Michael (Victoria) Wilfong, David Wilfong (Helen Marie Lindsey) and Peter Wilfong; Sister, Audrey; grandchildren, Nickolas Wilfong, Danielle Wilfong and Jason Farwell; great-grandchildren, Jubilee Faa'lelea, Theresa Lopez and Regina Faa'lelea. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Brown. Services will be held at St. John's Church, 120 Russell Ave., Felton. CA 95018 on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. John's Church Senior Out-Reach Ministry.
