Obituary of Carole Levada Teuscher-Brown

Carole Brown passed away peacefully at her home in Scotts Valley, surrounded by family on September 8, 2015. She was born in Oakdale, PA to Howard and Cora Bell on May 14, 1944. Her family moved to Arizona in 1946, to California in 1955, and she settled in Scotts Valley in 1973. Carole was the owner and President of a high tech manufacturing company, Scotts Valley Circuits, for 26 years. She was a member of Twin Lakes Church and The National Ataxia Foundation. She loved nature, the outdoors, fishing, scrabble, and traveling the world. She was blessed to have seen 17 countries and numerous states. She was a die-hard Bay Area sports fan. She even attended the 2014 game 5 Giants World Series! She spent much of her joyful times and activities with her family. She was known by everyone as smiling everyday of her life, even her very last day. Carole is survived by her husband of 30 years, Butch; daughters Jerri, Jasmine, Holly, Heather and Heidi ; ex-son-in-law Dale; grandchildren Kelsey, Cody, Isaiah, and Lorenzo; great-grandson Caden; and nephew Chris. She was preceded in death by her parents Howard and Cora; brother Harold; son Bill; and niece Barbara. A memorial service will be held at 11am Monday, Sept. 28 at Twin Lakes Church, 2701 Cabrillo College Drive in Aptos with a reception to follow.
