What a lovely lady - always was and always will be. Many great memories of her and her children, Dan, Dave and Debbie- all good memories. I'm the loser for not getting to see her more often when alive- now I have to wait until my turn.

I first met Jean just after I moved from Northern to Southern California in 1978. I had just turned 30 and realized that still living at home with both parents was not a "cool" thing to do. After getting situated in my Studio City apartment I went job hunting. With luck I applied for a receptionist position at Validyne Engineering in Northridge. During the interview process it appeared that I wasn't going to get the job. Jean spoke up in my defense and with her help and confidence in me I became a Validyne employee. From that chance interview Jean and I became fast friends and continued to be friends after I had moved to Sacramento in 1994. Soon after, Jean had retired from Validyne & moved to Soquel to be closer to her children. Our friendship endured. I had visited her once in 2005 and regret that I didn't get to visit her more. We did correspond via mail. In early May my father had passed and Jean had sent me a lovely sympathy card and letter. Little did I know that very shortly after that I would not only lose my dad but also my most dearest friend. My heart just breaks! Jean was not only beautiful on the outside she was beautiful on the inside as well. This sad old world just got sadder and older without my "best bud" to tell all my deepest & darkest secrets to. God bless you, my friend, and I sincerely hope that we meet again!
