I knew Bill through Santa Cruz Bible Church when he served as an elder. At the time I helped to manage the finances of the church and Bill was always encouraging. As a man of great faith, he inspired us to dream big and often said that true faith is measured in how we manage money. I loved this man! I was honored to precide at Carrie's funeral and admired the love between them.The world has lost a great man and I look forward to seeing Bill again in heaven. Fred Hennes
